面向现代农业产业技术体系的知识服务平台构建 被引量:4

Construction of Knowledge Service Platform for National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System

摘要 现代农业产业技术体系能有效加速中国农业科技创新,促进农业科技与产业对接。构建与之相匹配的、更加智能化的农业产业知识服务平台是促进现代农业产业技术体系更加完善的重要一环。首先分析科研人员和企业在农业科技创新中的情报信息、科研知识、数据服务以及成果转化方面的需求,然后采用SaaS云服务模式构建具有数据层、业务支撑层和业务应用层三层架构的智能化农业产业知识服务平台。在新构建的农业产业知识服务平台上,实现了资源统一检索、产业情报追踪、产业专家对接、产业数据分析、专题聚合服务以及个性化定制等功能;收集整理了涉及50个现代农业产业技术体系的1366名农业产业专家信息和230家农业产业科研机构信息,并为每个体系建立专题页面;提出了平台建设团队与现代农业产业技术体系的协同共建机制,并与大麦青稞、食用豆、大宗蔬菜、蜂等现代农业产业技术体系联合建设了产业专题栏目和在线直播服务。新建立的农业产业知识服务平台整合了全产业链信息,实现了资讯、数据、学者、机构、科研成果等信息一站式检索,可以为现代农业产业科技持续创新提供有效支撑,加速科技成果转化,有利于现代农业产业技术体系进一步发展。 National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology Systems(AITS)can accelerate the innovation of agricultural sciences and technologies,and promote the connections between agricultural science and technology and industries.Building a more intelligent Knowledge Service Platform for Agricultural Industry(KSPAI)is an important part of promoting the improvement of Modern Agricultural Industry Technology Systems.Firstly,the needs of scientific researchers and enterprises in scientific research information,scientific research knowledge,data services and achievement transformation during their processes of agricultural science and technology innovation were analyzed.Secondly,the intelligent Knowledge Service Platform for Agricultural Industry was built by using the Software-as-a-Service(SaaS)cloud service mode,which had a three-tier architecture consisted of data layer,business support layer and business application layer.On the newly constructed Knowledge Service Platform of Agricultural Industry,the functions of unified resource retrieval,industrial information tracking,industrial experts docking,industrial data analysis,thematic aggregation service and personalized customization were realized.Moreover,the information of 1366 agricultural industry experts and 230 agricultural industry research institutions involved in 50 modern agricultural industry technology systems were collected and sorted out,and the special pages were established for each agricultural industry system.The collaborative construction mechanism between the platform construction team and the modern Agricultural Industry Technology Systems was also put forward,and industry special column and online live broadcast service on barley,edible beans,staple vegetables and bees and other agricultural industry technology systems were jointly built.The Knowledge Service Platform for Agricultural Industry integrates the information of the whole industry chain and realizes one-stop retrieval of information,data,scholars,institutions,scientific research achievements,which can provide effective support for the sustainable innovation of modern agricultural science and technology,accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and is helpful to the further development of modern agricultural technology system.
