全日制护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度现状及其影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的调查全日制护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法对广东地区6所高校共199名护理硕士毕业研究生进行调查,调查问卷包括一般资料问卷和全日制护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度问卷,Spearman秩相关分析满意度总分与各维度得分的关系,多元线性回归分析全日制护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度的影响因素。结果199名全日制护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度总分为262.00(244.00,284.00)分。全日制护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度总分与各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示:培养单位类型、学位类型、导师制形式、毕业年限、在校期间参与的科研项目数是护理硕士研究生教育质量满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论全日制理硕士研究生教育质量的满意度处于中等偏上水平,护理高等教育者与管理者应针对护理硕士研究生教育质量的影响因素开展人才培养与教育改革工作。 Objective To survey the current status of satisfaction with education quality among full-time nursing postgraduate students and to explore its influence factors.Methods With convenience sampling,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 199 nursing postgraduates from 6 universities in Guangdong Province by using general information questionnaire and a self-designed satisfaction with education quality questionnaire.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between education quality satisfaction and its dimensions and multiple linear regression to analyze the influence factors.Results The total score of the satisfaction with education quality was 262.00(244.00,284.00)and it was positively correlated with the score of all dimensions in the questionnaire(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that the type of colleges,the type of degree,the form of mentoring system,length of study and the number of scientific research projects students involved in during the university had significant influence on satisfaction with education quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The satisfaction of full-time nursing postgraduate students with education quality is in the upper-middle level.Nursing educators and managers should carry out reforms based on the existing problems and its influence factors.
