聚乳酸/柠檬酸三丁酯改性微晶纤维素的制备与性能 被引量:3

摘要 选用微晶纤维素(MCC)和短链的柠檬酸三丁酯(TC)在溶液体系中通过酯交换反应制备表面改性纤维素(TM)。扫描电镜研究发现,酯交换的改性过程完全破坏了纤维素的晶体结构,减小了纤维素的分散尺寸,由50μm减小为200~300nm;动态力学热分析和流变性能分析表明,纤维素的表面改性改善了其在聚乳酸中的分散效果,提升了与聚乳酸基体的界面相容性;差示扫描量热分析表明,添加3%的TM,聚乳酸的结晶度提升10倍以上。 Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)and short chain tributyl citrate(TC)were used to prepare surface modified cellulose(TM)in solution system by transesterification reaction.It is found that the modification process of transesterification completely destroyed the crystal structure of cellulose and reduces the dispersion size of cellulose from 50μm to 200~300 nm by SEM;the dispersion of cellulose in polylactic acid and the interface compatibility with polylactic acid matrix are improved.The results of thermodynamics and rheology show that the modified cellulose has a better dispersion and could effectively improve the crystallization ability of PLA.The addition of 3%TM increases the crystallinity of PLA by more than 10 times measured by DSC.
