摘要
在与政府、产业界、协会等协同下,美国大学通过创业教育撬动并开发以教师与学生为主体,包括校友在内的创业人力资本,开放创业课程与创业活动项目(培训型项目与实践型项目),促进师生创新创业潜力的充分发挥与最大释放。同时,美国大学在创业人力资本开发的探索过程中支持创业人才结构的动态化调整,包括代理企业家、天使创投者的引入及教师与学生进行合作。创业教育与创业人才结构的动态化调整共同构成美国大学创业人才开发的重要实践路径。
In collaboration with the government,industry and associations,American universities use of entrepreneurship education to start and develop entrepreneurial human capital,which includes alumni,with teachers and students as the main body and open entrepreneurship courses and entrepreneurship programs(training programs and practical programs)for teachers and students to full play and maximum release their innovation and entrepreneurship potential.At the same time,American universities support the dynamic adjustment of entrepreneurial talent structure in the process of exploring the development of entrepreneurial human capital by bringing in surrogate entrepreneurs and angel venture capitalists and facilitating cooperation between teachers and students.Entrepreneurship education and dynamic adjustment of the structure of entrepreneurial talents constitute an important practical path for the development of entrepreneurial talents in American universities.
