摘要
新材料基础研究作为我国经济社会发展的重要组成部分,研究领域的层次和领军人才的培养对新材料产业的发展有直接影响。文章对相关数据进行收集和整理,通过专业的分析软件和分析方法对相关数据进行量化分析,分析总结研究人员的职称、所在机构、发文数量和h指数等数据,探究新常态环境下我国新材料基础研究领域的高层次人才阶段性的研究成果,以促进新材料基础研究领域的进步和发展。
As an important part of China's economic and social development,the level of research field and the culivation of leadingtalents have a direct impact on the development of new material industry.This paper collects and arranges the relevant data,makesquantitative analysis on the relevant data through professional analysis software and analysis methods,analyzes and summarizes theprofessional title,organization,number of documents issued and h-index of researchers,and explores the phased research resuts ofhigh-level talents in the field of basic research of new materials in China under the new normal environment,To promote the progressand development of basic research in new materials.
