标准化助推城市管理精细化建设研究初探

Preliminary Research and Analysis of Standardization Support in Urban Management Refinement

文章阐述了城市管理精细化的内涵及特点,结合标准化的含义原理,分析了标准化助推城市管理精细化建设中的必要性,从统筹顶层设计、完善标准制定、强化多主体参与、完备配套建设、重视人才建设五个方面提出了实施建议,以标准化为基础,全面提升城市管理水平,加快城市管理精细化工作步入规范化、制度化、长效化的新阶段。

This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of urban management refinement,and analyzes the necessity of standardization in promoting the construction of urban management refinement.Suggestions are put forward from the following five aspects:overall planning and top-level design,improving standard formulation,strengthening multi-subject participation,complete supporting construction and attaching importance to talent construction.On the basis of standardization,the level of urban management should be comprehensively improved,and the refinement of urban management should be accelerated into a new stage of standardization,institutionalization and long-term development.
