基于灰色白化权函数的河湖岸线规划利用现状评价指标优选研究

Study on the Optimization of Evaluation Indicators for the Planning and Utilization of River and Lake Shoreline Based on Gray Whitening Weight Function

在全国典型省区进行岸线保护利用规划现状调查和相关资料收集的基础上,初步确定了河湖岸线规划利用现状评价指标体系,指标体系分为3个层次,5个方面,由29个指标组成;通过灰色聚类分析理论构建了灰色白化权函数聚类分析模型。结合专家打分法确定了指标重要程度以及评分矩阵,建立了指标重要程度对应的灰类等级和白化权函数,计算出指标灰色统计系数和权向量,最后确定了指标体系的保留指标和暂留指标,为河湖岸线规划利用现状评价研究提供基础。

Based on the survey of the status quo of shoreline protection and utilization planning in typical provinces and regions in the country and the collection of related data,the evaluation index system for the status quo of river and lake shoreline planning and utilization is preliminarily determined.The index system is divided into 3 levels,5 aspects,and 29 indicators;the gray whitening weight function cluster analysis model is constructed by the gray cluster analysis theory.Combining the expert scoring method to determine the index importance and scoring matrix,establish the gray level and whitening weight function corresponding to the index importance,calculate the gray statistical coefficient and weight vector of the index,and finally determine the retention index and the retention index of the index system,to provide a basis for the evaluation and research of the current situation of the planning and utilization of the river and lake shoreline.
