Engineering supervision is a necessary work aimed at ensuring the quality of construction projects.When carrying out engineering supervision,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of different construction projects and clarify the key and difficult points of the project to implement targeted supervision quality management.Taking the construction project of Shixing County People's Hospital as an example,this paper discusses how to improve the quality of construction projects through engineering supervision and quality management technical means,hoping to provide some reference for those in the same industry.
