复合型知识产权人才培养与知识产权交叉学科设置研究

Research on the Cultivation of Compound Talent of Intellectual Property and the Interdisciplinary Setting of Intellectual Property

近年来,国内对于改革知识产权学科体系、设置独立的知识产权交叉学位的呼声很高,究其原因在于知识产权是法学、管理学、经济学和自然科学等学科紧密相连的交叉学科,当前从属于法学或管理学的学科设置已经成为制约知识产权人才培养的主要瓶颈。从复合型知识产权人才培养的实践来看,知识产权交叉学科的设置能够为解决当前知识产权人才需求旺盛与供给不足的矛盾带来新的机遇。该学位的设置是一项复杂的系统工程,只有对其展开深入研究和科学论证,对该学科设置的必要性、学科定位、构建方案等重要内容作出科学的回答,才能有利于该学科设置之后得到广泛认可和良性运转。

In recent years,domestic education circle calls for the reform of the intellectual property discipline system and the establishment of independent intellectual property cross-degrees.The reason lies in that intellectual property is a closely linked interdisciplinary subject such as,law,management,economics,and natural science.The disciplinary position of law or management has become the main bottleneck restricting the cultivation of intellectual property talent.From the perspective of the practice of compound intellectual property talent training,the establishment of intellectual property interdisciplinary subjects can bring new opportunities to solve the current contradiction between the strong demand for intellectual property talent and insufficient supply.The setting of this degree is a complex system engineering.It is needed to carry out indepth research and scientific argumentation on it,and make scientific answers to important content such as the necessity of setting the discipline,disciplinary positioning,construction agenda,etc.,in order to benefit the discipline systematically,in order to make it widely recognized and well functioned.
