西藏高校法学教育三十年:现状、成就与未来

摘要 近三十年来,西藏高校的法学教育在教学、科研和人才培养等方面取得了一定成绩,形成了具有西藏特点的教育模式。但也因为西藏法治实践特殊需求突出、人才资源缺乏和教学内容更新滞后等因素而面临较大的挑战。对此,可以在坚持法学教育统一性前提下突出西藏地域特色,加大法学学科物力和人力资源的投入与保障,科学规划培养模式和教学内容等三个方面助推西藏高校法学教育快速发展。 In the past 30 years,the legal education of Tibetan universities and colleges has made certain achievements in teaching,scientific research,and personnel training,forming an education model with Tibetan characteristics.However,it is also faced with greater challenges due to the prominent special needs for the practice of the rule of law in Tibet,lack of human resources,and lagging in the updating of teaching content.In this regard,under the premise of adhering to the unity of law education,author of this paper suggests that we can highlight the regional characteristics of Tibet,increase the investment and guarantee of material and human resources of law discipline,and promote the rapid development of law education in Tibet5 s universities in three aspects:scientific planning and training mode and teaching content.
