杨永华教授是我国杰出资深法学家,全国著名中国法制史专家和法学教育家,是陕甘宁边区法制史研究领域的开拓者和主要奠基人。在学术研究中,杨永华教授开创运用司法档案资料的研究方法,在陕甘宁边区法制史研究等领域取得一系列举足轻重、影响广泛的研究成果。杨永华教授是中国法律史学会的创始人之一和重要建设者,是西北政法大学法律史学科的主要奠基人,为中国法制史“西北学派”的开创做出了杰出贡献。

Professor Yang Yonghua is an outstanding senior jurist in China,a well-known expert in Chinese legal history and legal educator.He was also a pioneer and major founder in the field of legal history research in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.In his academic research,Professor Yang explored the research methods by using judicial archives and obtained a series of important and influential research achievements in the study of legal history of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.Professor Yang Yonghua is one of the founders and important builders of the Chinese Legal History Society,and the primary founder of the legal history discipline of Northwest University of Political Science and Law.He has made outstanding contributions to the creation of the"Northwest School"of Chinese legal history.
