体验式赋能教育对眼科日间手术患者术前自我准备能力的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on the Influence of Experiential Enabling Education on the Preoperative Self-Preparation of Patients with Day Eye Surgery

摘要 目的:探讨体验式赋能教育在改善眼科日间手术患者术前自我准备能力中的应用效果研究。方法:选取2020年5-12月于本院进行眼科日间手术的156例患者,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组实施常规术前宣教,观察组在常规术前宣教的基础上实施体验式赋能教育。比较两组术前准备缺陷率、手术取消或延迟情况、术前相关知识知晓度及术前自我准备能力。结果:观察组术前准备缺陷率、手术延迟率分别为5.13%、5.13%,均低于对照组的23.08%、19.23%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术取消率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术知识知晓度、术前自我准备能力分别为(95.24±4.05)、(97.62±1.86)分,均高于对照组的(82.37±3.56)、(84.37±2.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将体验式赋能教育应用于眼科日间门诊手术患者的术前准备中,降低了术前准备缺陷发生率,改善患者手术自我准备能力,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential enabling education in improving the preoperative self-preparation ability of patients with ophthalmic day eye surgery.Method:A total of 156 patients undergoing day eye surgery in our hospital from May to December 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,78 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative education,while the observation group received experiential empowerment education on the basis of routine preoperative education.The preoperative preparation defect rate,surgery cancellation or delay,preoperative knowledge awareness and preoperative self-preparation ability were compared between the two groups.Result:The preoperative preparation defect rate,surgery delay rate in the observation group were 5.13%,5.13%,respectively,which were lower than 23.08%,19.23% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the surgery cancellation rate between two groups (P>0.05).The preoperative knowledge awareness and preoperative self-preparation ability in the observation group were (95.24±4.05) and (97.62±1.86) points,respectively,which were higher than (82.37±3.56) and (84.37±2.08) points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Empirental enabling education is applied to outpatient patients in ophthalmology daytime surgery,which significantly reduces the incidence of preoperative preparation defects,improves patients’ self-preparation ability,and ensures the quality of preoperative preparation.
