五味双柏散热熨联合整体护理预防胃癌术后下肢静脉血栓的效果

Wuwei Shuangbai Powder Heat-dissipating Combined with Holistic Nursing to Prevent Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities after Gastric Cancer Operation

目的:探讨五味双柏散热熨联合整体护理预防胃癌术后下肢静脉血栓的效果。方法:选取本院2017年10月-2020年4月本院收治的79例胃癌根治术患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机表法,将79例胃癌根治术患者随机分为观察组(39例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用整体护理方法,观察组在整体护理的基础上采用五味双柏散热熨双下肢。观察两组效果。结果:观察组双下肢深静脉血栓的发生率明显低于对照组;观察组术后1、6 d全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五味双柏散热熨在胃癌术后患者下肢静脉血栓的临床疗效显著,且预防双下肢深静脉血栓方法简单、预防性高,值得临床推广及广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wuwei Shuangbai Powder combined with holistic nursing to prevent lower limb venous thrombosis after gastric cancer surgery.Method:A total of 79 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer from October 2017 to April 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and 79 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group(39 cases)and control group(40 cases)by digital random table method.The control group used holistic nursing methods,and the observation group used Wuwei Shuangbai Powder heat-dissipating lower limbs on the basis of holistic nursing.Observed the effects of the two groups.Result:The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the whole blood low cut viscosity,whole blood middle cut viscosity,whole blood high cut viscosity,plasma viscosity levels of the observation group postoperative 1,6 days were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuwei Shuangbai Powder heat-dissipating has significant clinical effect on patients with lower limb venous thrombosis after gastric cancer surgery,and the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs is simple and highly preventive,which is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
