品质链护理模式在小儿隐匿阴茎围手术期中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Quality Chain Nursing Model in Perioperative Period of Children with Concealed Penile

目的:探讨品质链护理模式在小儿隐匿阴茎围手术期中的应用效果,为小儿隐匿阴茎围手术期护理提供参考。方法:选取2019年1-12月在本院手术的44例隐匿阴茎患儿为对照组,2020年1-12月在本院手术的44例隐匿阴茎为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用品质链护理模式。比较两组护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组满意度总评分为(91.74±7.50)分,高于对照组的(82.93±5.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿恐惧、家属焦虑、术前宣教、术后护理、尿管护理评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后宣教、出院宣教、护理服务、病房环境、保洁服务评分均高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:品质链护理模式应用在小儿隐匿阴茎围手术期中,可降低患儿对手术和住院的恐惧及家属的焦虑,促进护理人员术前宣教、术后护理、尿管护理满意度的提升,提升患儿及家属围手术期的整体满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality chain nursing mode in perioperative period of children with concealed penile,and to provide reference for perioperative nursing of children with concealed penile.Method:A total of 44 children with concealed penile who underwent surgery in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 44 children with concealed penile who underwent surgery in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted quality chain nursing mode.Nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The satisfaction score of the observation group was (91.74±7.50) points,which was higher than (82.93±5.82) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of fear of children,anxiety of their families,preoperative education,postoperative nursing and uroduct nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of postoperative education,discharge education,nursing service,ward environment and cleaning service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality chain nursing model in perioperative period of children with concealed penile can reduce the fear of surgery and hospitalization of children and the anxiety of their families,promote the improvement of preoperative education,postoperative care and urinary catheter care of nursing staff,and improve the overall satisfaction of children and their families during perioperative period.
