复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果及其对血清激素水平和促排卵影响

Effectiveness of Compound Xuanju Capsule Combined with Letrozole in the Treatment of Patients with Anovulatory Infertility and Its Effect on Serum Hormone Levels and Ovulation Promotion

目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕症(AI)患者的效果及其对血清激素水平和促排卵影响。方法:选择2018年6月-2020年6月本院AI患者104例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组52例与对照组52例。对照组患者于月经第5天口服来曲唑,观察组在对照组基础上口服复方玄驹胶囊。两组疗程均为3个月经周期。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后优势卵泡直径、成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分和血清激素[雌二醇(E;)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)]变化,成功排卵情况。结果:观察组总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(73.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后优势卵泡直径和成熟卵泡数优于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后优势卵泡直径和成熟卵泡数优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度和宫颈黏液评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度和宫颈黏液评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清E;、FSH和LH水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后血清E;、FSH和LH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组成功排卵率(71.15%)高于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑对AI患者疗效良好,可调节血清激素水平,提高患者成功排卵率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with Letrozole in the treatment of anovulatory infertility (AI) and its effect on serum hormone level and ovulation induction.Method:A total of 104 patients with AI in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into the observation group (52 cases) and control group (52 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was given Letrozole orally on the fifth day of menstruation,while the observation group was given Compound Xuanju Capsule orally on the basis of control group.The treatment course of both groups was 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,diameter of dominant follicles and the number of mature follicles,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score and changes of serum hormones[estradiol (E;),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH)]before and after treatment,and the successful ovulation were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate (92.31%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (73.08%) (P<0.05).The diameter of dominant follicles and number of mature follicles in the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment (P<0.05),the diameter of dominant follicles and number of mature follicles in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment (P<0.05),the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of serum E;,FSH and LH in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),the levels of serum E;,FSH and LH in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The successful ovulation rate of the observation group (71.15%) was higher than control group (50.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with Letrozole has a good effect treatment for AI,can regulate serum hormone level and can improve the successful ovulation rate of patients.
