开四关联合董氏奇穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果分析

Effect Analysis on Opening Siguan Acupoint Combined with Dong’s Extraordinary Acupoint in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察开四关联合董氏奇穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年7月与本院接受治疗的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,按照抽签将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组用针刺四关穴治疗,观察组以对照组为基础联合董氏奇穴治疗。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后疼痛积分、睡眠质量评分及情绪评分。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PRI、VAS、PPI、PSQI、MMADD评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组PRI、VAS、PPI、PSQI、MMADD评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开四关联合董氏奇穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果较好,可缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量及情绪状态,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of opening Siguan combined with Dong’s extraordinary acupoints in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Method:A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to draw,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture at Siguan acupoint,and the observation group was treated with Dong’s extraordinary acupoint on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment was compared between two groups;pain scores,sleep quality scores and mood scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PRI,VAS,PPI,PSQI and MMADD scores between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PRI,VAS,PPI,PSQI and MMADD scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Opening Siguan acupoint combined with Dong’s extraordinary acupoint has a good effect on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,which can relieve pain,improve sleep quality and emotional state,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
