生长抑素联合注射用艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血的效果

Effect of Somatostatin Combined with Esomeprazole Sodium for Injection in the Treatment of Stress Ulcer Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析生长抑素联合注射用艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血的效果。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年1月本院收治82例应激性溃疡上消化道出血患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组41例在常规治疗基础上添加注射用艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗,研究组41例在对照组治疗基础上使用生长抑素治疗,对两组治疗效果、胃功能及住院时间进行比较。结果:研究组显效占比48.78%,对照组显效占比36.58%,研究组治疗有效率95.12%,高于对照组的75.60%(χ^(2)=6.247 6,P<0.05);研究组呕血停止时间(1.72±0.40)d,止血时间(2.65±0.61)d,大便转黄时间(2.73±0.55)d,住院时间(5.11±1.04)d,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.346 5、6.013 2、6.940 3、10.177 3,P<0.05);研究组治疗后GSRS(19.31±3.58)分,GIS评分(11.21±3.32)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.473 4、11.391 0,P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合注射用艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血患者,可缩短止血时间及住院时间,改善患者胃功能,能提升其治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Somatostatin combined with Esomeprazole Sodium for Injection in the treatment of stress ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:From January 2020 to January 2021,82 patients with stress ulcer upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.In the control group,41 cases were treated with Esomeprazole Sodium for Injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The 41 cases in the study group were treated with Somatostatin on the basis of the treatment in the control group,and the treatment effect,gastric function and length of stay in the two groups were compared.Result:The proportion of markedly effective in the study group was 48.78%,and the proportion of markedly effective in the control group was 36.58%.The treatment effective rate of the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 75.60% of the control group (χ^(2)=6.247 6,P<0.05);the hematemesis stop time (1.72±0.40) d,hemostasis time (2.65±0.61) d,stool turning yellow time (2.73±0.55) d and hospitalization time (5.11±1.04) d in the study group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=20.346 5,6.013 2,6.940 3,10.177 3,P<0.05);the GSRS (19.31±3.58) points and GIS scores (11.21±3.32) points of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=9.473 4,11.391 0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Somatostatin and Esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with stress ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the time of hemostasis and hospitalization,improve the gastric function of patients,and enhance the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
