摘要
目的:研究将盆底神经肌肉电刺激应用于薄型子宫内膜患者中的作用与效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2020年10月本院接收并对其进行治疗的92例薄型子宫内膜患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(共46例患者)、观察组(共46例患者)。两组治疗前,在月经中期卵泡成熟日对子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流阻力指数进行检测,持续2个月经周期,而后对照组给予戊酸雌二醇,而观察组给予戊酸雌二醇联合盆底神经肌肉电刺激。比较两组治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度及子宫左右侧内膜血流阻力指数。结果:治疗前,两组的子宫内膜左右侧血流阻力指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的子宫内膜左右侧血流阻力指数较对照组显著更低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度较对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。结论:薄型子宫内膜治疗中应用盆底神经肌肉电刺激能够改善患者子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流灌注,能够获得更为理想的效果,促进其疾病康复,可推广。
Objective:To study the effects and functions of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation in patients with thin endometrium.Method:A total of 92 patients with thin endometrium received and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group (46 patients in total) and observation group (46 patients in total) according to random number table method.Before treatment,endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow resistance index were measured on follicular maturation day in mid-menstruation for 2 menstrual cycles,and Estradiol Valerate was given to the control group,while Estradiol Valerate combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation was given to the observation group.The endometrial thickness and left and right endometrial blood flow resistance indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the left and right endometrial blood flow resistance indexes between the two groups (P>0.05),after treatment,the left and right endometrial blood flow resistance indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups (P>0.05),after treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of thin endometrium,the application of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation can improve endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow perfusion,obtain more ideal effect,promote the recovery of the disease,and can be popularized.
