神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫效果分析 被引量:12

Effect of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation Therapy Instrument Combined with Early Rehabilitation Training on Stroke Hemiplegia

摘要 目的:分析神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫效果情况。方法:选择2018年3月-2020年1月本院收治脑卒中偏瘫患者92例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组46例给予常规康复训练,研究组46例采用神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练,对两组运动功能、日常生活能力、神经功能及生活质量进行比较。结果:研究组治疗后运动功能(77.38±2.26)分,日常生活能力(75.35±6.46)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组神经功能评分为(13.54±4.11)分,低于对照组的(17.21±3.04)分(P<0.05);研究组躯体功能(81.13±6.07)分,社会功能(82.10±3.25)分,角色功能(82.11±4.21)分和心理功能(80.26±2.08)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者采用神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练,可改善患者神经功能,提升运动功能及日常生活能力,能提高其生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training on stroke hemiplegia.Method:From March 2018 to January 2020,92 patients with stroke and hemiplegia were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,46 cases in the control group were given conventional rehabilitation training,and 46 cases in the study group were treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training.The motor function,activities of daily living,neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of motor function (77.38±2.26) points and activities of daily living (75.35±6.46) points of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).And the neurological function score of the study group was (13.54±4.11) points,which was lower than (17.21±3.04) points in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of physical function (81.13±6.07) points,social function (82.10±3.25) points,role function (82.11±4.21) points and mental function (80.26±2.08) points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training in patients with stroke and hemiplegia can improve the patients’ nerve function,improve motor function and daily life ability,and improve their quality of life.
