运动疗法联合温针灸治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对疼痛程度的影响

Effect of Exercise Therapy Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Early Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint and Its Influence on Pain Degree

目的:探讨运动疗法联合温针灸治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年7月本院收治的132例早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行研究,随机数字法分为对照组(n=66)和研究组(n=66),对照组应用温针灸治疗,研究组应用运动疗法联合温针灸治疗。观察分析两组临床疗效、McGill评分、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及Lysholm评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组PRI评分、PPI评分及VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组WOMAC评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组Lysholm评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯温针灸治疗相比,联合运动疗法治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者效果更为显著,不仅可以有效降低患者疼痛程度,还可以显著改善临床症状,提高膝关节功能,有利于促进患者进一步康复,值得大力推广应用。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of exercise therapy combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on early osteoarthritis of knee joint and its influence on pain degree.Method:A total of 132 patients with early osteoarthritis of knee joint in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected for study.The patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=66) and the study group (n=66).The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while the study group was treated with exercise therapy combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,McGill score,osteoarthritis index (WOMAC) score and Lysholm score of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,PRI scores,PPI scores and VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),the WOMAC score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the score of Lysholm in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with warm acupuncture and moxibustion alone,combined exercise therapy has a more significant effect in the treatment of patients with early osteoarthritis of knee joint.It can not only effectively reduce their pain,but also significantly improve their clinical symptoms,improve the function of the knee joint,and promote their further rehabilitation.Therefore,it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
