新时代高校资助育人工作机制探析

Research on the Mechanism of Education through Financial Assistance in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

新时代背景下,资助育人工作是高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要途径,是高校落实实践育人教育理念的重要抓手。针对当前高校资助工作中存在的资助认定准确度不高、重资助轻育人和育人工作主体局限渠道单一等问题,文章以中国矿业大学(北京)为例,从建立标准化认定体系、搭建一体化资助平台和完善多层面育人机制等方面进行探析,旨在为进一步构建高校资助育人工作长效机制提供新思路。

Under the background of the new era,education through financial assistance is an important way for colleges and universities to achieve the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents and an important starting point for colleges and universities to implement the educational concept of practical education.In view of the problems of low accuracy of identification in financial assistance,emphasis on financial education rather than education,and limited channels for the main body of education in the current work of financial assistance in colleges and universities,this paper,taking China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing)as an example,analyzes the establishment of a standardized identification system,the construction of an integrated platform for financial assistance,and the improvement of education mechanism,aiming to provide new ideas for further improving the establishment of a long-term mechanism for education through financial assistance in colleges and universities.
