论如何构建高校科普生态系统

On How to Construct an Ecosystem of Popularization of Science in Colleges and Universities

我国公民的科学素质亟待提高,科普需求差异化、网络化特征显著,是我国科普事业的时代现状。当前,我国高校教育科研与科普分离,科普能量释放不足,缺乏可持续发展机制,科普成效差强人意。作者认为高校应构建以资源为中心、科技为支撑、市场为动力、多种力量协调发展的高校科普生态系统,实现科普事业的自我良性持续生长。对此,有针对性地提出了宏观建议和微观建议。

The scientific quality of Chinese citizens needs to be improved urgently,and the demand for popularization of science is differentiated and networked,which is the current situation of the undertaking of popularization of science in China.At present,education and scientific research are separated from popularization of science in Chinese colleges and universities;the energy of popularization of science is released insufficiently;there is a lack of a sustainable development mechanism;and the results of popularization of science are unsatisfactory.The writer believes that colleges and universities should build an ecosystem of popularization of science centered on resources,supported by science and technology,driven by the market,and based on the coordinated development of a variety of forces,so as to realize the positive and continuous growth of popularization of science.In this regard,targeted macro and micro recommendations are put forward.
