Taking the construction of“food traceability experience center”of Shanghai Food Science and Technology School as an example,this paper explores and analyzes the construction process of the experience center,as well as the results achieved and its characteristics.The construction of the center has strengthened the awareness of food safety traceability,which is in line with the needs of today’s great healthy food industry and the development of food safety traceability.It also highlights the characteristics of food safety education.
