摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》指出,高等职业学校要培养服务区域发展的高素质技术技能人才。该研究基于我校与现代零售企业联合开设多个"卓越班"的育人实践,构建了高职卓越人才素质模型,从而为高素质技术技能型人才培养提供逻辑依据。技术技能型卓越人才是指素质拔尖、创新力突出、成长迅速的职业技术界优秀人才。当前,有关技术技能型卓越人才素质特征的研究尚未得到应有的关注。该研究参照胜任力模型建构研究路线,利用工作分析和访谈技术,使用主题分析法等质性分析方法,提出包含知识结构、思维方式、综合能力、个性品质四个维度共23个素质要项的商科技术技能型卓越人才素质模型,从而为卓越人才培养提供相对客观而清晰的认知图式。
It is pointed out in the“National Implementation Plan of Vocational Education Reform”that“higher vocational colleges should cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that serve regional development”.Based on the education practice in which the college the writer works for opened several“excellent classes”through the cooperation with modern retailers,this paper constructs a quality model of excellent talents in higher vocational education,in order to provide a logical basis for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.Excellent technical and skilled talents refer to excellent talents in the vocational and technical field with top-notch quality,outstanding innovation,and rapid growth.The current research on the quality characteristics of technical and skilled talents has not received due attention.This research refers to the competency model to construct a research route,adopts job analysis and interview techniques,uses qualitative analysis methods such as topic analysis,and proposes a total of 23 quality requirements including four dimensions of“knowledge structure-thinking mode-comprehensive ability-personal quality”for excellent technical and skilled talents in business,in order to provide a relatively objective and clear cognitive schema for the training of excellent talents.
