新课标背景下高职英语教师专业发展研究

On Professional Development of Higher Vocational College English Teachers under the Background of the New Curriculum Standards

教育部于2021年3月颁布的《高等职业教育专科英语课程标准》标志着我国高职英语课程改革迈出了新步伐,为信息时代高职英语教师的专业发展指明了方向。要顺利适应新课程,教师应改变传统教学观念,转变自身角色,完善知识结构,提高信息化教学能力。教师应加强自身专业发展,特别是要加紧提升自身学科核心素养,以确保新课程改革顺利进行,提高高职英语教学质量。

The“English Curriculum Standards for Higher Vocational Education”issued in March,2021 by the Ministry of Education signifies that the English curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges has taken a new step.It points out the new orientation for higher vocational college English teachers’professional development in the information age.Teachers should change their traditional teaching concepts and role,improve their knowledge structure and information technology capabilities so that they can adapt to the new courses successfully.Teachers should strengthen their professional development and improve their own core literacy of English subject in order that the new curriculum reform can proceed smoothly and the quality of the higher vocational college English teaching can be improved as well.
