蛇伤胶囊联合三草汤治疗蜂蜇伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sheshang Capsule Combined with Sancao Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Bee Sting

目的:观察蛇伤胶囊联合三草汤治疗蜂蜇伤的临床效果。方法:将2020年2月-2021年8月的本院60例门诊蜂蜇伤患者按照随机数表法随机分为两组,每组30例,标记为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗加用蛇伤胶囊,观察组采用常规治疗加用蛇伤胶囊联合三草汤。比较两组疗效和症状消失时间。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间为(3.84±1.10)d,早于对照组的(5.03±1.19)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上治疗蜂蜇伤患者使用蛇伤胶囊、三草汤联合常规治疗,可提高疗效,缩短症状消失时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sheshang Capsule combined with Sancao Decoction in the treatment of patients with bee sting.Method:A total of 60 outpatients with bee sting injury in our hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,marked as the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with Sheshang Capsule on the basis of the routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Sheshang Capsule and Sancao Decoction on the basis of the routine treatment.The curative effect and symptom disappear time were compared between two groups.Result:The curative effect of observation group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The symptom disappear time of the observation group was (3.84±1.10) d,which was earlier than (5.03±1.19) d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sheshang Capsule combined with Sancao Decoction can improve the curative effect,shorten the symptom disappear time.
