小半夏合茯苓汤穴位贴敷治疗眩晕病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application of Xiaobanxia and Fuling Decoction on Vertigo

目的:分析眩晕病患者应用小半夏联合茯苓汤穴位贴敷治疗的效果。方法:随机选取76例2019年4月-2020年7月进行治疗的眩晕患者,通过随机数字表法将所选对象分成两组,予以对照组患者常规西药治疗,试验组联合采用小半夏合茯苓汤穴位贴敷治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后中医症候积分及眩晕障碍评估量表(DHI)评分。结果:试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组眩晕、胸闷及头重等临中医症候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项中医症候积分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组各项中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组DHI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组DHI评分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组对比,试验组DHI评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将小半夏合茯苓汤穴位贴敷治疗方案应用于眩晕病患者治疗过程中可促进病情缓解及临床症状改善,治疗效果确切。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application of Xiaobanxia combined with Fuling Decoction on patients with vertigo.Method:A total of 76 patients with vertigo treated from April 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected.The selected objects were divided into two groups by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoint application of Xiaobanxia and Fuling Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,TCM syndrome scores and DHI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of clinical TCM syndromes such as vertigo,chest tightness and head weight between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in DHI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the DHI scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the DHI scores of the experimental group were lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application of Xiaobanxia and Fuling Decoction in the treatment of patients with vertigo can promote the remission of the disease and the improvement of clinical symptoms,and the treatment effect is accurate.
