行为转变模式对老年冠心病患者心功能与自我效能的影响

Effect of Behavior Change Mode on Cardiac Function and Self-efficacy in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨行为转变模式对老年冠心病患者自我效能及心功能指标的影响。方法:本次研究对象为2018年2月-2020年3月笔者所在医院接受治疗的124例老年冠心病患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各62例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组于对照组基础上实施行为转变模式。比较两组心功能指标与自我效能。结果:护理后,两组各项心功能指标均较护理前改善,且试验组改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组自我责任感、健康知识掌握、自我观念及护理技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以常规护理为基础,对老年冠心病患者应用行为转变模式具有积极价值,能够改善患者的心功能指标,同时提高其自我效能,值得广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of behavior change mode on self-efficacy and cardiac function index in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:The subjects of this study were 124 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2020.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given behavior change mode on the basis of the control group.Cardiac function index and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,all cardiac function indexes of the two groups were improved compared with before nursing,and the improvement of the experimental group was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-responsibility,health knowledge mastery,self-concept and nursing skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on routine nursing,the application of behavioral change mode in elderly patients with coronary heart disease has positive value,can improve the patients’cardiac function index,and improve their self-efficacy,which is worthy of widespread application.
