鼻内镜联合地塞米松治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Nasal Endoscopy Combined with Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Fungal Sinusitis

目的:探究鼻内镜联合地塞米松治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月笔者所在医院收治的100例真菌性鼻窦炎患者,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。两组均进行鼻内镜治疗,试验组在鼻内镜治疗后采用地塞米松进行鼻腔冲洗,对照组在鼻内镜治疗后采用生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间早于对照组,鼻腔纤毛传输速度快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜联合地塞米松治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的效果显著,能改善患者病情,建议推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of fungal sinusitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with fungal sinusitis admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with nasal endoscopy.The experimental group was treated with Dexamethasone for nasal irrigation after nasal endoscopy,and the control group was treated with normal saline for nasal irrigation after nasal endoscopy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.0%,which was higher than 90.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nasal mucosa epithelization time of the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group,the nasal cilia transmission speed of the experimental group was faster than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopy combined with Dexamethasone has a significant effect on the treatment of fungal sinusitis,which can improve the patients’ condition.It is suggested to popularize and apply.
