中药联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗气滞血瘀型痤疮瘢痕30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Acne Scar of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Ultra Pulsed CO_(2) Dot Matrix Laser

目的:观察中药联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗气滞血瘀型痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法:本文选取本科门诊2018-2020年60例痤疮瘢痕患者进行临床观察,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光、外用重组人表皮生长因子溶液,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药祛疤颗粒1周,2次/d,治疗间隔2个月后再治疗1周,2次/d,观察两组治疗前后痤疮瘢痕评分及DLQI。结果:治疗组治疗后痤疮瘢痕评分及DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:祛疤颗粒联合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗气滞血瘀型痤疮瘢痕效果显著,且优于单纯激光治疗组。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultra pulsed CO_(2) dot matrix laser in the treatment of acne scar of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 60 patients treated in our department between 2018 and 2020 with acne scar were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultra pulsed carbon dioxide dot matrix laser and topical Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Solution.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Quba Granule twice a day for one week on the basis of the control group.After the treatment interval of 2 months,it was treated for another week,twice a day.The acne scar score and DLQI of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:The acne scar score and DLQI in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion:Quba Granule combined with ultra pulsed CO_(2) dot matrix laser is effective in the treatment of acne scar of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and is better than that of laser treatment group.
