智能急诊分诊系统在创伤性休克患者急救中的应用及效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Intelligent Emergency Triage System in Emergency Treatment of Patients with Traumatic Shock

目的探讨智能急诊分诊系统在创伤性休克患者急救中的应用及效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月在医院就诊的144位创伤性休克患者作为研究对象,其中2019年1月至2019年11月的70位患者纳入对照组,2019年12月至2020年12月的74位患者纳入研究组。研究组采用智能急诊分诊系统进行管理。记录两组患者急诊时间和分诊时间、两组患者抢救成功率和预后疗效,自制患者满意度调查问卷对两组患者诊疗服务满意度进行评分。结果研究组急诊时间、分诊时间均低于对照组(p<0.05);研究组抢救成功率为89.19%,有效率为22.97%,痊愈率为70.27%,研究组抢救成功率、预后结果均优于对照组(p<0.05);研究组满意度为100.00%,对照组诊疗服务满意度为92.86%,低于研究组(p<0.05)。结论智能急诊分诊系统能够有效缩短急诊、分诊时间,提高创伤性休克患者抢救成功率和抢救效果,提高诊疗服务满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent emergency triage system in the first aid of patients with traumatic shock.Methods A total of 144 patients with traumatic shock admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included,and the 70 patients from January to November 2019 were in the control group,and 70 patients from December 2019 to 2020 were in the observation group.The control group received routine emergency triage management.The observation group adopted intelligent emergency triage system.The emergency time,triage time,successful rescue rate,and prognosis of the two groups were recorded.Self-made patient satisfaction questionnaire was used to score the patients’satisfaction with care.Results The emergency time and triage time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(p<0.05);The successful rescue rate of the observation group was 89.19%,the effective rescue rate was 22.97%,and the full recovery rate was 70.27%.The prognosis of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the control group was 92.86%,which was significantly lower than 100%of the observation group(p<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent emergency triage system can effectively shorten the emergency and triage time and improve the successful rescue rate,outcome,and satisfaction with care of the patients with traumatic shock.
