摘要
随着医改的不断推进,大型公立医院各项业务发展迅速,对外签订的合同数量也大幅增长,如何管理好数量庞大的合同,落实医院内控要求,成为大型公立医院面临的一道难题。我院通过总结医院自身合同管理的实践经验,分析了合同管理中的关键环节,并有针对性地提出了覆盖合同立项、合同会签、合同签署、合同履行、合同终止以及归档的合同全周期管理的应对方案。
With the continuous advancement of medical reform,various businesses of large public hospitals have developed rapidly,and the number of contracts signed with external parties has also increased significantly.How to manage a large number of contracts and implement hospital internal control requirements has become a problem faced by large public hospitals.By summarizing the practical experience of the hospital's own contract management,our hospital analyzed the key links in contract management,and proposed targeted full-cycle management of contract covering contract establishment,contract counter-signing,contract signing,contract performance,contract termination,and archiving.
