产前诊断中心疫情防控与应对措施探讨

新冠病毒具有传播速度快,潜伏期长,危害严重等特点,考虑到疫情传播隐匿及无症状感染者传播的可能,医院设立的孕期诊疗中心在疫情期间须采取疫情防控措施,加强产前诊断中心门诊、产前超声诊断、羊水穿刺手术室和实验室的管理,从环境、人员、物资等各方面制定应对措施,对SARS-CoV-2病毒进行防控,应用远程诊疗、预约、诊前问询等方式,确保孕妇、陪同人员及医护工作者的安全。

The COVID-19 has the characteristics of rapid transmission,long incubation period,and serious harm.Considering the hidden transmission of the epidemic and the possibility of transmission of asymptomatic infections,the pregnancy diagnosis and treatment center established by the hospital must take epidemic prevention and control measures during the epidemic to strengthen the management of prenatal diagnosis center outpatient service,prenatal ultrasound diagnosis,amniotic fluid puncture operation room and laboratory.It also must formulate response measures from various aspects such as environment,personnel,materials,etc.to prevent and control SARS-CoV-2 virus.Remote diagnosis and treatment,appointment,pre-diagnosis consultation and other methods were conducted to ensure the safety of pregnant women,accompanying persons and medical workers.
