互联网护理在哮喘儿童院外照护的应用研究

Research on Application of Internet Nursing in Out-of-hospital Care of Children with Asthma

目的探讨互联网护理平台在哮喘患儿院外照护的应用及效果。方法对照组采用传统的延续护理模式,干预组在此基础上依托互联网护理服务平台,实施网络化延续护理。在干预3个月后,对比两组患儿的院外用药依从率、肺功能及照护者哮喘相关知识知晓度和满意度。结果干预组患儿院外用药依从率高于对照组,肺功能优于对照组,p<0.05。干预组患儿照护者哮喘相关知识知晓度及满意度得分明显高于对照组,p<0.05。结论互联网护理平台的应用有助于促进医护患的有效沟通,提高哮喘患儿照护者的认知水平,提高哮喘患儿照护者的满意度和院外规范用药依从性,改善哮喘患儿的肺功能,从而保障患儿的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application and effect of Internet nursing platform in out-of-hospital care of children with asthma.Methods The control group adopted the traditional continuation care model,and the intervention group adopted networked continuation care based on the Internet nursing service platform.After 3 months of intervention,the compliance rate of out-of-hospital medication,lung function,awareness of caregivers'asthma-related knowledge and satisfaction of the two groups'caregivers were compared.Results The compliance rate of out-of-hospital medication in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the lung function was better than that of the control group,p<0.05.The awareness scores of asthma-related knowledge and satisfaction of caregivers of children in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,p<0.05.Conclusion The application of the Internet nursing platform helps to promote effective communication between doctors,nurses and patients,improve the cognitive level of caregivers of children with asthma,improve the satisfaction of caregivers,improve compliance with standard medications outside the hospital,and improve the lung function of children with asthma,so as to ensure the treatment effect of children.
