体医融合背景下运动康复专业的医学统计学教学改革研究 被引量:1

摘要 医学统计学是医学研究中的一门基础学科和应用性学科,将概率论和数理统计的原理与方法应用于医学科研。因此,医学统计学是医学相关专业学生非常重要的一门课程。但是,由于课程内容抽象、繁杂、学生的数学基础薄弱、实验课比例较低等原因,学生的学习抵触性较高,医学基础知识有限的运动康复专业学生的学习难度更高。笔者在医用统计学的授课过程中,通过与学生交流,了解学生学习的困难及问题所在,思考可行的改进方式及方法,根据体医融合的时代背景,尝试新的教学模式,积累了一些经验和体会。 Medical Statistics is a basic and applied subject in medical research. The principles and methods of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics are applied to medical research. Therefore, Medical Statistics is a very important course for students majored in medical related majors. However, because the course content is abstract and complex, students’ mathematical foundation is weak, and the experimental courses cover a small proportion of all the courses, students’ usually resist to learning of this lesson. It is more difficult for the students majoring in sports rehabilitation who have limited medical basic knowledge. During the teaching of Medical Statistics, the authors have learned about the students’ learning difficulties and problems through communication with students, thought about feasible improvement methods and methods, tried a new teaching mode according to the era background of sports medicine integration, and accumulated some experience.
