摘要 该文主要通过文献资料法、访问法以及亲身实践等方法,重点研究翻转课堂在高校健美操教学中的重要性。健美操课程是高校专业中一门重要的课程,能够有效培育学生的体能和创造力,在此基础上提升学生的核心素养。因此,该文将从核心素养视角,探究在高校健美操教学中运用翻转教学模式的有效实践,实现高校学生在健美操课程中综合素养和能力的强化,顺应创新的教学理念,实现课程模式的发展。 This paper focuses on the importance of flipped classroom in college aerobics teaching through the methods of literature,interview and personal practice.Aerobics course is an important course in colleges and universities,which can effectively cultivate students'physical fitness and creativity,and improve students'core literacy on this basis.Therefore,from the perspective of core literacy,this paper will explore the effective practice of using flip teaching mode in college aerobics teaching,so as to strengthen college students'comprehensive literacy and ability in aerobics curriculum,comply with innovative teaching ideas and realize the development of curriculum mode.
