网球在我国逐渐普及,受众群体逐渐增大,其教学方法显得尤为重要。该文通过文献综述,总结了目前国内网球教学的常用方法,如快易网球教学法和理念、渐进法及异步教学法等,同时,概括了国外网球教学的新式理念与方法,指出了其可借鉴之处。为了达到网球教学的效果,提高我国网球竞技水平,需针对学生的个体特性,贯彻因材施教的教育方法,并注重学生的多方位全面发展。

Tennis is becoming more and more popular in China,and the audience is gradually increasing.Its teaching methods are particularly important.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the current domestic tennis teaching methods,such as fast and easy tennis teaching method and concept,and progressive method and asynchronous teaching method.At the same time,the foreign tennis teaching new ideas and methods are summarized.In order to achieve the effect of tennis teaching and improve the competitive level of tennis in China,it is necessary to implement the educational method of teaching students according to their aptitude according to the individual characteristics of students,and pay attention to the multi-directional and all-round development of students.
