运动生物化学理论与实验一体化教学模式探讨--以速度素质的生化基础与训练为例 被引量:1

摘要 传统运动生物化学课程的教学模式是将理论教学和实验教学分开进行,学生接受知识较为被动,且不利于学生及时将理论知识转化为实践。该文主要探讨“理论与实验一体化”教学模式,理论课结合运动生物化学实验数据采集、分析,有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性。在教学实践中采用“理论与实验一体化”的教学模式,有利于激发运动训练专业学生的学习兴趣,提高运动生物化学教学效果及教学质量。 The traditional teaching mode of ExerciseBiochemistry course is to separate the theoretical teaching from the experimental teaching.Students are more passive in accepting knowledge,and it is not conducive for students to transform theoretical knowledge into practice in time.In view of the above problems,this paper discusses the teaching mode of"integration of theory and experiment":moving classroom teaching into sports venues,that is,combining classroom teaching with experimental teaching.This kind of theory course combined with data collection and analysis of exercise biochemistry experiment is beneficial to improve students'learning enthusiasm and initiative.In teaching practice,this teaching mode of"integration of theory and experiment"plays an important role in stimulating students'interest in sports training,enhancing the teaching effect and improving the teaching quality of exercise biochemistry.
