高危性体育项目社会体育指导员职业资格证书制度研究

Study on the Professional Qualification Certificate System of Social Sports Instructor for High-Risk Sports Projects

该文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国高危性体育项目社会体育指导员职业资格证书制度研究的必要性、存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的优化策略。研究结果表明:(1)全民健身、健康中国、简政放权对高危性社会体育指导员的培养制度提出了重要诉求;(2)我国高危性体育项目社会体育指导员存在职业准入制度、职业教育与培训、职业培养模式等问题。在此基础上,提出以下建议:(1)落实高危性体育项目职业资格准入制度;(2)优化高危性体育社会体育指导员培训过程;(3)在动力端建立多元主体人才培养平台。

Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the research on the professional qualification certificate system of social sports instructors in high-risk sports in China and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.The results show that:(1)National fitness,healthy China and decentralization put forward important demands for the training system of high-risk social sports instructors;(2)There are some problems in social sports instructors of high-risk sports in China,such as vocational access system,vocational education and training,vocational training mode and so on.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Implement the vocational qualification admissioning system of high-risk sports;(2)Optimize the training process of social sports instructors for high-risk sports;(3)Establish a multi-subject talent training platform at the power end.
