衡水市校园足球后备人才培养的困境与路径研究

Research on the Dilemma and Path of Campus Football Reserve Talent Training in Hengshui City

学校作为培养足球后备人才的主要阵地,承担了足球人才培养的重要使命和任务。该研究对衡水市校园足球后备人才培养所面临的困境进行研究分析,发现当前衡水市校园足球后备人才培养存在的主要问题:足球课程教学质量需要提高;学训之间的矛盾仍然突出;足球特色学校的场地器材有待改善;各方对校园足球后备人才培养的支持不够。提出推动衡水市校园足球后备人才培养发展的路径:进一步提高足球课程教学质量;建立健全校园足球考核评价机制;加强足球特色学校足球师资队伍建设;健全学生参与校园足球活动的激励机制;加强对校园足球的宣传;加强校园足球活动的体教结合。

As the main position of training football reserve talents,schools undertake the important mission and task of football talent training.This paper studies and analyzes the difficulties of campus football reserve talents training in Hengshui City,and puts forward the main problems of campus football reserve talents training in HengshuiCity:The teaching quality of football course needs to be improved;The contradiction between learning and training is still prominent;The field equipment of football characteristic schools needs to be improved;The support of all parties for the cultivation of campus football reserve talents is not enough.The research further puts forward the path to promote the cultivation of campus football reserve talents in Hengshui City:Further improve the quality of football teaching;Establish and improve the campus football evaluation mechanism;Strengthen the construction of football teachers in schools with football characteristics;Improve the incentive mechanism for students to participate in campus football activities;Strengthen the propaganda of campus football;Strengthen the combination of sports and education of campus football activities.
