豆蔻天竺葵叶片挥发油成分分析及其在卷烟加香中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为研究豆蔻天竺葵叶片挥发油化学成分及对提升卷烟感官质量的效果,本文采用蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取豆蔻天竺葵叶片挥发油,运用GC/MS技术分析挥发油的化学成分,并进行卷烟加香试验。结果表明:叶片挥发油共鉴定出50种化合物,包括烯烃类物质25种、醇类物质13种、酯类物质3种、酮类物质2种、酚类物质2种以及5种其他化合物,挥发油中含量较高是芳樟醇、4-萜烯醇、D-柠檬烯、二氢芳樟醇、β-杜松烯、松油烯等;评吸结果表明,豆蔻天竺葵叶片挥发油对卷烟增香,降低刺激性和杂气,改善吃味有着良好的效果,是一种理想的天然烟用香料。 In order to study the chemical composition of Essential oil from Pelargonium odoratissimum leaves and its effect on improving the sensory quality of cigarettes, the volatile oil from cardamom geranium leaves was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE). The chemical composition of volatile oil was analyzed by GC/MS technology, and cigarette flavor experiment was carried out. The results showed that a total of 50 compounds were identified in leaf volatile oil, including 25 kinds of olefins, 13 kinds of alcohols, 3 kinds of esters, 2 kinds of ketones, 2 kinds of phenols and 5 kinds of other compounds. The higher contents of volatile oil are linalool, 4-terpenol, D-limonene, dihydrolinalool, β-juniene, terpinene and so on. The results show that the volatile oil from cardamom geranium leaves has a good effect on increasing cigarette aroma, reducing irritation and miscellaneous gas, and improving taste.It can be used as a good natural cigarette flavor.
