举办继续医学教育项目是开展继续医学教育的重要形式之一,是卫生专业技术人员获取新知识、新理论、新技术、新方法的重要途径。在新型互联网技术的推动下,更多的国家级继续医学教育项目采用线上模式开展。本文分析了新形势下继续医学教育的发展特点及国家级继续医学教育项目举办过程中的监管难点,提出建立有效的监管体系,通过“全过程数字化监管”规范项目执行,是保证项目质量的有效措施。同时介绍了医信平台依托专业资源和自主核心技术,在为线上继续医学教育项目提供支持的同时,发现规律总结经验,针对国家级继续医学教育项目的监管难点所进行的探索和尝试。

Continuing medical education project is one of the important forms of continuing medical education,and it is an important way for health professionals to acquire new knowledge,new theories,new techniques and new methods.Driven by the new internet technology,more national continuing medical education projects are carried out online.This paper analyzes the development characteristics and supervision difficulties of national continuing medical education under the new situation,and puts forward that establishing an effective supervision system and standardizing project execution through"whole-process management"are effective measures to ensure project quality.At the same time,this paper introduces the exploration and attempt of Medchat platform in the online continuing medical education project based on professional resources and independent core technology,finding rules and summarizing experience,and aiming at the difficulties in the supervision of the national continuing medical education project.
