SGL教学法在MBBS留学生医学伦理学教学中的实践

摘要 目的探讨小组学习教学法(SGL)在MBBS留学生医学伦理学教学实践中的教学效果。方法以我校2018级1—4班临床医学专业MBBS留学生共178人为教学研究对象,通过比较教学试验组和教学对照组学生的成绩及问卷调查来评估SGL教学法的教学效果,问卷调查的内容包括增进对医学伦理学基本原理和概念的理解、培养伦理思考能力、改善学习效率、提高解决伦理困境的能力、提高自学能力、增强伦理推理技能、改善伦理意识、训练批判性思维等。结果教学试验组学生平均成绩高于教学对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,SGL教学法能培养学生的伦理思考能力、增强学生的道德推理技能及解决伦理困境的能力、增强学生的自学能力、训练学生的批判性思维能力。结论SGL教学法能提高MBBS留学生医学伦理学的教学质量。 Objective Explore the teaching effect of small group learning(SGL teaching method)in medical ethics for MBBS international students.Methods A total of 178 MBBS international students from class 1-4 batch 2018 were selected as the teaching research objects.The teaching effect of SGL teaching method was evaluated by comparing the test scores and questionnaire survey in the teaching experimental group and control group.The questions included increasing understanding of basic concepts and theories in medical ethics,developing ethical thinking ability,improving learning efficiency,enhancing skill in solving ethical dilemmas,enhancing self-learning ability,enhancing skill for ethical reasoning,improving ethical awareness and training critical thinking ability.Results The average score of students in the teaching experimental group was higher than that in the teaching control group(P<0.05).For the teaching experimental students,SGL teaching method developed their ethical thinking ability,enhanced their skills in ethical reasoning and solving ethical dilemmas,enhanced their self-learning ability,and trained their critical thinking ability.The students in the teaching experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching method than the control group.Conclusion SGL teaching method improved the teaching quality of medical ethics for MBBS international students.
