内科教学中混合式教学模式的应用意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究混合式教学法在西医内科教学中的应用价值。方法2019年7月—2021年7月共选取100名长春中医药大学2017级中西医结合专业本科生为教学研究对象。使用Excel表格将所有学生的基本信息纳进后进行随机分组,将其平均分为教学改革组与传统教学组,每组50例。传统教学组采用传统课堂的教学方法;教学改革组采用基于三种教学方式课堂模式。最后用统计学的途径对相关数据进行处理。结果两组中Mini-CEX评价量表对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医内科教学中实施混合式教学法具有良好应用价值,可有效提高学生问诊技巧、体格检查技巧以及临床判断和沟通技能。 Objective To explore the application value of hybrid teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine of Western medicine.Methods A total of 100 undergraduate students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects.July 2019 was the starting time and July 2021 was the deadline.All students were randomly divided into teaching reform group and traditional teaching group with 50 cases in each group.The traditional teaching group unifies the teaching materials of the eleventh five years plan,adopts the traditional classroom teaching method,and the teaching time is 36 class hours;the teaching reform group unifies the teaching material of the eleventh five years plan,adopts the classroom mode based on three teaching methods,and the teaching time is 36 class hours.Finally,the relevant data were processed by statistical method.Results There were differences in mini CEX between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching method has good application value in the teaching of internal medicine of Western medicine,which can effectively improve the students'inquiry skills,physical examination skills,clinical judgment and communication skills.
