摘要 目的通过关怀能力量表对福建省某高等医学院校两个年级的医学生进行人文关怀能力现状评估。方法从不同性别、年级、专业及独生状态探讨比较其影响因素,结果不同性别的医学生在认知维度及CAI总分上得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在勇气、耐心维度上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床及非临床医学生在耐心维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各专业在认知、勇气维度及CAI总分上得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三年级学生在勇气维度上得分高于二年级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在认知、耐心维度及CAI总分上得分两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);独生子女与非独生子女医学生的CAI总分及各个维度的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与国外常模标准比较,该校学生的人文关怀能力总体低于国外水平。并就目前人文关怀能力水平进行分析探讨原因,提出深化课程改革建设,优化人文相关课程的教育模式;将人文关怀理念渗透到各学科教学中;创设校园人文氛围,渲染学生的人文关怀情怀等改进建议,从而提高医学生的人文关怀能力。 Objective To assess the current situation of human caring ability of medical students at different levels in Medical University of Fujian by caring ability inventory.Methods To explore the related factors.Results There was significant difference in cognitive dimension and total Cai score between medical students of different genders(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in courage and patience(P>0.05);There was significant difference in the dimension of patience between clinical and non clinical medical students(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the dimensions of cognition,courage and the total score of CAI(P>0.05);The third grade students scored higher in the dimension of courage than the second grade students(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the dimensions of cognition,patience and the total score of CAI(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in CAI total score and each dimension between only child and non only child medical students(P>0.05)Conclusion Compared to the norm of the foreign,Chinese college students'ability of caring is lower.Suggestions to improve medical students'human caring ability are as follows:deepening curriculum reform and the construction,optimizing the educational model of humanities-related courses;infiltrating human caring concern into the various teaching subjects;creating humanistic atmosphere in college,rendering students'human caring feelings.
