住培教育中对不同类型学员学习模式的探索 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解放射专业不同类型学员对不同学习模式分类教学的评价,从而为今后探索出更高效的住院医师规范化培养模式奠定基础。方法选取内蒙古林业总医院放射科2016级—2019级57名住培学员,将2016级与2017级住培学员作为对照组,2018级与2019级学员作为试验组,对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用分类教学模式进行教学。通过考核体系及问卷调查方式对不同教学模式成果进行评估。结果试验组与对照组在出科考试、执业医师通过率及结业考核通过率中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),在影像技能阅片评分、360评价分析及问卷调查总体满意度中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不同类型学员应用不同的学习模式,有助于提高住培教育的教学水平,为我国健康事业培养更多的医学人才。 Objective To understand the evaluation of different types of radiology students on the classified teaching of different learning modes,so as to lay the foundation for exploring a more efficient standardized training mode for resident doctors in the future.Methods 57 students of radiology department of Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from grade 2016 to 2019 were selected.Students of grade 16 and 17 were taken as the control group,and students of grade 18 and 19 were taken as the experimental group.The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group,while the classified teaching mode was adopted in the experimental group.The results of different teaching modes were evaluated through the examination system and questionnaire survey.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in exit examination,passing rate of licensed doctors and passing rate of graduation examination(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in image skill reading score,360 evaluation analysis and overall satisfaction of questionnaire survey(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying different learning modes to different types of students is helpful to improve the teaching level of residential education and cultivate more medical talents for China's health undertakings.
