基于大内科概念对呼吸与危重症医学科临床带教的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 结合大内科的学习概念,通过提升教师自身教学水平、以科研为导向引导临床实习、设计贯穿教学的问题情境与评价方式、运用语言表达落实大内科概念思维、加强合作的大内科概念观、结合互联网提升教学效果的方式,对应用大内科概念到临床实习教学活动中展开探讨。其中以科研为导向引导临床实习以20名临床带教中的实习生、规范化培训生作为研究对象,分别采用“传统带教方法带教”与“以科研为导向引导临床实习”进行临床带教,结束后行调查问卷评估。研究发现以基于大内科概念对呼吸与危重症医学科临床带教的教学方法可供临床带教老师参考,有助于提高临床带教的效果。 Combining the learning concepts of general internal medicine,by improving teachers'own teaching level,guiding clinical practice with scientific research,designing problem scenarios and evaluation methods throughout teaching,using language to express and implementing the concept of general internal medicine,strengthening cooperation and conception of general internal medicine.The way the Internet enhances teaching effects explores the application of general internal medicine concepts to clinical practice teaching activities.Among them,scientific research-oriented clinical practice takes 20 interns and standardized trainees in clinical teaching as the research objects,and the"traditional teaching methods"and"research-oriented clinical practice"are used for clinical teaching,After the completion of the questionnaire evaluation.The study found that the teaching method based on the concept of general internal medicine for the clinical teaching of respiratory and critical care medicine can be used as a reference for clinical teaching teachers,which helps to improve the effect of clinical teaching.
