临床见习实习中开展人文医学教育的方法

Methods of Developing Humanistic Medicine Education in Clinical Clerkship and Internship

人文医学是以医学人文精神和关怀为研究对象、以求善为目标、涉及医学价值世界和身体感受性的实体医学学科,是当代医学体系的重要组成部分。临床见习实习是当前人文医学教育改革的重点方向,但我国在人文医学实践教育方面差强人意,所以研究临床见习、实习的人文医学教育方法具有时代必要性。文章总结目前在临床见习实习中开展人文医学教育的具有应用价值的方法,包括:在教学设置方面应用BEMH研究性课程、在教学模式方面应用沉浸式教学、在教学方法方面应用人文医学写作、在教学工具方面应用SEGUE量表。并结合团队的人文医学教学经验,希望为我国在临床见习实习中开展人文医学教育提供方向。

Humanistic medicine is an entity medical discipline,which takes medical humanistic spirit and medical humanities care target as the research object,aims at kindness,and involves the medical value and physical sensibility.It is an important part of the contemporary medical system.Clinical clerkship and internship is the key direction of the current humanistic medical education reform currently,but the humanistic medical practice education in China is not satisfactory,it is of era necessity to research the humanistic medicine education methods of clinical clerkship and internship.This paper summarizes the valuable methods of humanistic medicine education in this field,including BEMH scholarly concentration program for teaching settings,immersion teaching for teaching mode,humanistic medicine writing for teaching methods,and SEGUE framework for teaching tools.Combined with their team's teaching experience of humanistic medicine,we hope to provide a direction for the development of humanistic medicine education in clinical clerkship and internship in China.
