益五合方对PCO大鼠子宫内膜容受性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过建立多囊卵巢(polycystic ovarian,PCO)大鼠模型,观察名老中医刘云鹏经验方—益五合方对多囊卵巢大鼠的子宫内膜容受性的临床影响。方法研究时间为2020年6月—2021年6月,60只SD大鼠随机分10只为空白对照组,50只为模型制备组,予颈背部皮下注射脱氢表雄酮(dehydroepiandrosterone,DHEA)溶液建立PCO大鼠模型,判定造模成功后随机分为模型对照组、中药组(益五合方组)、西药组(克罗米芬组)、联合用药组(益五合方联合克罗米芬组),各组分别连续干预2周,采用ELISA法检测经药物干预后各组大鼠血清T水平,用于免疫组化检测大鼠炎性因子VEGF、TGF-β。结果成功建造PCO大鼠模型,益五合方可提高PCO大鼠炎性因子VEGF、TGF-β,炎性因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推测CC促排卵周期中合用经验方益五合方,可减少克罗米芬在促排卵过程中对子宫内膜容受性产生的负面影响,提高子宫内膜的容受性,使得受孕机率得以提升。 Objective To observe the effect of Yiwuhefang on endometrial receptivity of PCO rats by establishing a rat model of Polycystic ovary.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,60 SD rats were randomly divided into 10 blank control group and 50 model preparation group.The PCO rat model was established by subcutaneous injection of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)solution into the back of the neck.After determining the success of the model,they were randomly divided into model control group,traditional Chinese medicine group(yiwuhe formula group),western medicine group(clomiphene group)In the combined medication group(yiwuhe formula combined with clomiphene group),each group was intervened for 2 weeks.The serum T level of rats in each group was detected by ELISA for immunohistochemical detection of inflammatory factors VEGF and TGF-β.Results The PCO rat model was successfully established,and yiwuhe formula could increase the inflammatory factors VEGF and TGF in PCO rats-β,The difference of inflammatory factors was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is speculated that the combination of empirical yiwuhe formula in CC ovulation induction cycle can reduce the negative impact of Clomiphene on endometrial receptivity,improve endometrial receptivity and improve the probability of pregnancy.
