中医针灸综合治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果研究

目的研究中医针灸综合疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效及其对改善疼痛情况的影响价值。方法纳入我院收治的颈肩腰腿痛病人84例为研究对象,病人就诊时间2019年1月—2020年1月84例病人根据随机数字表法分为单用中医针灸组和中医针灸综合治疗组2组。单用中医针灸组(42例)病人接受中医针灸疗法治疗,中医针灸综合治疗组(42例)病人接受中医针灸联合神经阻滞疗法治疗。分析2组治疗前、治疗2w后简明-麦-吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分、症状改善优良率。结果治疗2 w后,中医针灸综合治疗组症状改善优良率为95.24%,明显高于单用中医针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2 w后,2组简明-麦-吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2w后,中医针灸综合治疗组简明-麦-吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分(8.03±1.14)分,明显低于单用中医针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸联合神经阻滞疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效更加显著,改善病人疼痛情况的效果更好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the comprehensive acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the curative effect of neck,shoulder,waist and its effect on improving the capability of the pain.Methods Eighty-four patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain admitted to our hospital were included in the study.The patients visited our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.84 patients according to random number table method is divided into acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture alone comprehensive treatment group 2.The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group(42 cases)patients treated with acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine acupuncture combined treatment group(42 cases)patients receiving acupuncture combined nerve block therapy.Analysis of two groups before treatment and after treatment of 2 w concise-m-auspicious pain questionnaire SF-MPQ score ability score values,symptoms improved crop.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the excellent and good rate of symptom improvement in the comprehensive treatment group of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that in the single acupuncture and moxibustion group(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,the SF-MPQ scores of concise Mai Ji pain questionnaire in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);Two weeks after treatment,the SF-MPQ score of concise Mai Ji pain questionnaire in the comprehensive treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion was(8.03±1.14),which was significantly lower than that in the single acupuncture and moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with nerve block therapy has a more significant effect on the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,and better effect on the improvement of patients'pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
